"Positive reward" training means "rewarding" a behaviour.  For most dogs a "reward" is a favourite food or a game with a special toy. The dogs in the above video have all been trained using positive reward, as you can see they are all happy and enthusiastic. The clear run agility dogs learn quickly because their training is kept light, fun and rewarding, for them learning is an enjoyable game.
